effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped
within two business days after they are processed. Orders are processed
within 24 hours after they are ordered. A tracking number will be
provided upon shipping.

technology to ensure that every transaction is secure. All transactions
are processed over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
We never rent or sell our customers' data to anyone.
We do not provide any information, including e-mail address, to outside
parties, except as needed to complete your transaction and deliver your
order. If you have ordered from us, we may occasionally update you via email
or mail to announce special discounts or new features. If you do not
wish to receive email from us, simply follow the instructions to unsubscribe.

right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. If you
have ordered an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold
your order and inform you of the increase.
All items ordered online will be processed within 24 hours. Many orders are processed just minutes after the order is placed. Orders
cancelled after they are processed will be subject to a 10% service
charge. A 20% restocking fee will be imposed on any order cancelled
after it has been processed and shipped. Products that are custom
designed, custom built products, and special ordered products are not
subject to cancellation.
All our products are shipped brand new and come with full manufactory
warranties. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
The following is a guideline for returns.
Defective Returns: You may return defective items to us within
14 days of
purchase date for replacement or refund (less shipping charges). After 14 days, the
manufacturers warranty will apply. All returns must
have an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please call for a RMA#. It is the buyer's
responsibility to return any defective merchandise. We strongly
recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of the purchase. We
are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in
transit.
Non-Defective Returns: You may return
non-defective items to us within 14 days of purchase date for replacement or refund (less shipping charges). A re-stocking fee
of 20% will apply on returned non-defective items in perfect unused
condition. All returns must have an Return Merchandise Authorization

Condition of Return: All returned merchandise must be in
original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts
and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25%
restocking fee.
